4. Intellectual Property Rights

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Platform (such as profile photos and descriptions). However, by posting content, you grant Angelaglove a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Angelaglove does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Angelaglove Dating, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses.

Angelaglove does not conduct criminal background checks on its users and makes no representations or warranties regarding the conduct, identity, intentions, legitimacy, or veracity of any user. 6. Account Termination

Angelaglove reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Conduct that we determine is harmful to other users, third parties, or the business interests of Angelaglove
• Requests by law enforcement or government agencies
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Engagement in fraudulent, illegal, or deceptive activities
• Failure to pay any applicable fees or charges

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

7. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Binding Arbitration: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in Wilmington, Delaware, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Angelaglove Dating.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Angelaglove retains the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement of our intellectual property rights.
